Thai Beef Salad

Makes enough for 4 good portions
Ingredients
Method
Cut beef into bite sized strips
Char grill / barbeque / pan-fry beef in a little oil until cooked to preference
Set aside for 5 minutes
Finely slice the onions
Shred the kaffir lime leaves
Dice chillies. Remove seeds if you want to tone down the heat. Mistake. Just sayin'
Place salad greens, onion, kaffir lime leaves, chillies, coriander, mint and basil into a salad bowl and toss lightly
Combine the soy sauce, lime juice and sugar (and fish sauce if you like) to make a dressing
Place the beef on the salad
Pour over the dressing
Serve immediately
