Makes enough for 1 good portion
Ingredients
3 butchers sausages
1 egg
70g plain flour
90ml Milk
1/2 an onion
1 tbsb veg oil
Method
Preheat oven to 200C
Put oil into small roasting dish and heat briefly in the oven
Put the sausages in the roasting dish and cook for 15 minutes
Make batter by mixing the egg, flour and milk with a whisk
Slice onion into half moons
add onions to the sausages and pour over the batter
Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes
