Grate zest from lemon
Grate the parmesan
Chop the salmon into bite sized pieces
Boil the pasta in salted water
Melt the butter in a large frying pan
Add the lemon zest
Fry gently for a few minutes
Squeeze the lemon juice into the pan
Add the white wine
Boil and reduce until the mixture is syrupy
Add the cream
Add the salmon
Season with the black pepper
Drain pasta and combine with sauce
Mix in parmesan and parsley
