-  - Cut the chicken breast into edible chunks +  - Grate zest from lemon 
-  - Put the chicken in a bowl with the egg white, sesame oil, cornflour and tsp of salt.  Mix well, chill for 20 minutes +  - Grate the parmesan 
-  - Cook rice as per instructions, and while cooking do the following +  - Chop the salmon into bite sized pieces 
-  - In very hot wok, add most (all but 2 tbsp or so) of the the oil.  When the oil is very hot, add the chicken and fry until white going golden +  - Boil the pasta in salted water 
-  - Drain through a sieve, discarding the oil +  - Melt the butter in large frying pan 
-  - Wipe out the wok +  - Add the lemon zest 
-  - Heat wok, and add remaining oil +  - Fry gently for few minutes
